Free month
Your first month is free and nothing is charged for it, so there is nothing to refund. If WiserCal is not for you, simply do not continue to a paid plan.
30-day refund
Any payment can be refunded in full within 30 days of the payment date. This applies to monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans alike. After 30 days, payments are not refundable.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. Outside the 30-day window there is no partial refund for the remaining period; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again.
How to request
Email info@wisercal.com from your account email with the payment date. We confirm by email and return the money the same way you paid.
