Terms of Service

Agreement

By using WiserCal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. We create one account per business after a demo request. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for everything done under your account, and should email info@wisercal.com if you suspect someone else has access.

Acceptable use

Use WiserCal for lawful business purposes: your business page, your availability, and bookings from your customers. Do not send spam, impersonate anyone, collect personal information without consent, post harmful or illegal content, try to access systems you are not authorised for, or scrape the service.

Free month

New accounts include one free month. After that, continued use requires a paid plan; there is no permanent free tier.

Paid plans

Plans are priced in Pakistani Rupees: monthly, yearly, or a one-time lifetime plan. We arrange payment with you directly before each period begins. We do not store card details and nothing is charged automatically.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime by emailing info@wisercal.com; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Full refunds are available within 30 days of any payment, including a lifetime plan. Refund requests after 30 days are not accepted. See our Refund Policy.

Price changes

We give at least 30 days' notice of price changes, which take effect from your next payment period and never affect a lifetime plan already purchased. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Your content

You own everything you put on WiserCal. You grant us a licence to host and display it only as needed to provide the service.

Our service

WiserCal's design, code, and branding belong to us. Do not copy, modify, or resell any part of the service. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and forms part of these terms. When your customers book through your page, we store their details on your behalf: you decide what to ask them for and how you use it, and you are responsible for both.

As is

WiserCal is provided as is. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free; maintenance, emergency fixes, and events outside our control can cause downtime.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of WiserCal. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or the price of your lifetime plan.

You can close your account anytime by emailing info@wisercal.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, or stay inactive for more than 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes go to the courts of Lahore. Before any formal claim, email us at info@wisercal.com and give us 30 days to resolve it.
